Processing Time

All jewelry pieces are handmade and ready to ship.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods, but never excessively — your order is always handled with care and priority.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method.

Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days (varies by country)

Upgraded or expedited shipping will appear as options during checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders totaling over $99.00 product cost. 
 

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which is emailed once the item ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
Metastonestudio is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Delivery issues caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers

If a package is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Customs processing may cause delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Although rare, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact me at jallenrodon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the packaging or damage, if applicable.

I’ll work with you to replace the item if possible or find a fair resolution.
